The Bower

The Bower is a single-level four-bedroom house near Trevone, sleeping up to eight across a king-size, two twins and a bunk-bed room. The property sits on a quiet no-through road 300 metres from Trevone Bay, a sandy family and surfing beach. Dogs are welcome (up to two), with parking and a wood burner.

Inside, the lounge has a wood burner, TV and a pool table. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, and a dining table sits in the conservatory. A utility room leads to the rear garden. Two bathrooms serve the house - a shower room and a family bathroom with bath and shower. Bedrooms cover a king-size, two twins and a bunk room suited to children.

Outside, the enclosed rear garden has a table tennis table and a coal BBQ. Trevone Bay lies 300 metres away on foot, with Harlyn Bay at 1.8 km and Mother Ivey's Bay at 2.9 km. The South West Coast Path passes within a short walk and continues around Trevose Head, the National Trust headland where dolphins, seals and basking sharks are spotted from the cliffs.

Padstow sits two miles to the south, a working harbour with boat trips, watersports on the Camel Estuary, and a concentration of seafood restaurants. The Camel Trail cycle route runs out of Padstow toward Wadebridge and Bodmin. Constantine Bay and Booby's Bay, both popular surf beaches, are within a three-mile drive.
