The Coach House

Set on a rural farm estate a short drive from Padstow, the cottage has an enclosed garden, an open fire in the sitting room, and EV charging on site - a practical combination for a large group arriving by electric vehicle in shoulder season.

Trevone Bay is around 4 miles west - a sandy north-coast bay with RNLI lifeguards in summer and a natural blowhole on the western cliffs. Porthcothan Bay is a similar distance. Padstow is under 15 minutes by car, with Rick Stein's restaurants, the working harbour, and the 18-mile Camel Trail cycle path to Bodmin. Harlyn Bay and Trevose Golf and Country Club are within a short drive.

**Best for:** Groups of 8 wanting a rural base with easy Padstow access, dog owners, EV drivers, and multi-week stays. **Less good for:** Those wanting to walk to the beach from the door or be in the centre of Padstow.
