The Cove Porth

The Cove is a five-bedroom property sleeping 10 on the cliffs above Porth, near Newquay. Sea views carry through most rooms, and the South West Coast Path passes the front of the property. Five bathrooms mean no queuing in the morning.

Whipsiderry Beach is 500 metres down the coast path - a narrow cove with rock pools and less surf exposure than Newquay's main beaches, making it calmer for families with young children. Tolcarne Beach is 1.4km for more space, and Great Western Beach, one of Newquay's town beaches, is 1.8km. Newquay town centre has restaurants, surf schools, and the Blue Reef Aquarium.

Ideal for larger families or groups of friends wanting a sea-facing base close to Newquay without being in the town itself. Suits groups who want access to surf as well as calmer water in the same trip. The Porth area is noticeably quieter than central Newquay while remaining a short drive from everything. Less suited for guests needing a hot tub or a hot tub as a priority feature.
