Tintagel village is under five minutes by car or a 15-minute walk, with shops, pubs and the footbridge to the castle and Merlin's Cave. Trebarwith Strand for surf is a short drive south; Bossiney Cove drops to sand at low tide a 20-minute walk away. Boscastle harbour sits 2.5 miles north, and Camelford has a swimming pool and supermarket.

Best for dog owners and small families who want quiet-lane accommodation close to Tintagel. Less good for larger groups - it sleeps three with one bathroom.
