The Granary

The Granary is a 2-bedroom cottage at Tregwarmond Mill in St Minver, sleeping 5 with 1 bathroom. St Minver sits about a mile inland from Rock on the east side of the Camel Estuary, and the cottage is set in the quieter rural surroundings typical of this village - a contrast to the tighter, busier streets of Rock or Polzeath. Note there is no on-site parking, so guests arriving by car will need to plan accordingly.

Inside, the cottage has a private enclosed garden, wifi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Two bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 guests, making it a practical option for families or a group of friends.

Three beaches are within easy reach. Port Gaverne Beach is 2.8 miles away - a sheltered cove with calm water suited to swimming and snorkelling. Daymer Bay and Polzeath Beach are each around 3.5 miles. Polzeath is a half-mile surf beach with RNLI cover and surf hire, good for beginners and experienced surfers alike. Rock's waterfront and restaurants are about a mile west. Wadebridge - with supermarkets, the Regal cinema, and the start of the Camel Trail - is a short drive south.

**Best for:** Families or small groups wanting rural surroundings within easy reach of multiple North Cornwall beaches; guests happy to leave cars elsewhere and use lanes between villages.

**Less good for:** Anyone needing on-site parking; guests wanting to walk directly to the beach from the front door.
