The Hyde

The Hyde is a single-storey annex at Clubworthy, about 7.3 miles from Launceston, and it sits in a rural setting. Living, sleeping and eating share one studio-style room, with the double bed, a sitting area, a dining spot and a kitchenette.

Cooking is done with an air fryer, a microwave and a single electric hob, backed by a fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The wet room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. An air conditioning system cools the room in warm weather and heats it when it is cooler, and there is a TV and WiFi.

Outside, a separate games room holds a pool table. The garden has a lawn, a patio, a swing set, a hammock and furniture, and there is off-road parking. The owners keep two donkeys in the field beside the property.

The nearest shop is 3.3 miles away and the pub 1.3 miles, a five-minute drive. Occupancy is two adults, and infants are not accepted, so the annex suits a couple and is less good for anyone travelling with a baby. No pets and no smoking. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent, as are fuel and power. The Hyde can also be booked together with another annex at Clubworthy Retreats, reference 1208843, for up to six people.
