The Loft at Beach House is a first-floor apartment in Portmellon, a small cove village adjoining Mevagissey. It sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and an enclosed garden. Portmellon sits at the foot of a steep valley and the sea wall is a matter of metres from the building - the setting is directly coastal without the crowds of the main Mevagissey harbour.

The pub next door is a practical asset for a week away: no driving required for evenings out. Mevagissey's working fishing harbour, with its daily boats and harbourside restaurants serving fresh fish, is a short walk around the headland. Parking is included off-road, and a washing machine is available for longer stays.

Gorran Haven Beach is 1.5 miles away - a south-facing sandy beach with a small slipway and café open through summer. Pentewan Beach, a long stretch of sand with a holiday park at its back, is 1.9 miles north. Hemmick Beach, a smaller and less visited National Trust cove, is around 2.5 miles. No pets allowed at this property.
