Fistral Beach is 500m from the development - the main surf beach in Newquay, with the Extreme Academy surf school and a consistent Atlantic swell in season. Crantock Beach is 1.3km across the Gannel estuary, quieter and usually less crowded. Towan Beach and the town centre are 1.5km. Padstow is around 14 miles by road.

Best for groups or families wanting a high-spec coastal base with surf on the doorstep. Less good for guests who want to walk to Newquay town centre easily, or those with limited mobility given the penthouse elevation.
