The Point

The Point is a 4-bedroom house in Polzeath with a separate ground-floor annex, sleeping 8 across 4 bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom. The position above the village puts Polzeath Beach - a half-mile north coast surf beach with consistent Atlantic breaks - about 800 metres away on foot.

The layout uses the ground floor for sleeping and the first floor for open-plan kitchen and dining. The main house has 1 king with full en-suite bath and shower, 2 twin rooms (convertible to super-kings with at least 7 days' notice), a family bathroom, and a separate laundry room. The annex has a king-size room with its own en-suite shower. Oil central heating, a range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are all included. Electricity and heating are covered in the rent; bed linen and towels included (beach towels not provided). Accessible ground-floor layout throughout. Wi-fi included.

The enclosed garden is sheltered and the shop, beach and cafe are within a 5-minute walk. Rock is 2 miles south, connected by the water taxi to Padstow and its restaurants. Greenaway Beach is 1.4 miles along the coast path; Daymer Bay is 1.7 miles.

**Best for:** Larger families or two households who want separate sleeping quarters with a beach less than a mile away; surfers of all levels. **Less good for:** Those needing parking on-site; anyone wanting quiet out of peak season - Polzeath is a busy summer village.
