The Point

The Point is a ground-floor apartment in St Ives, sleeping four across two bedrooms with two bathrooms. It sits 300 metres from Porthminster Beach and combines that central position with off-road parking and a south-facing decked terrace.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the single ground-floor level and access to the apartment is via 8 steps. Wi-Fi is included, and the kitchen has an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Pets are not accepted. Saturday is the changeover day.

The south-facing decked terrace runs the full length of the apartment and has two bistro tables and four chairs, so the apartment has its own outside space. Porthminster Beach, with its café and lifeguard cover in season, is 300 metres away, and St Ives Harbour Beach is 500 metres.
