The Sanctuary is a ground-floor apartment at Gallinas Point on Talland Road in St Ives, sleeping four across two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The south-facing terrace is the standout feature - a private outdoor space that catches afternoon sun while the rest of St Ives gets crowded.

The apartment sits on the ground floor throughout, making it well-suited to guests with limited mobility. Both bedrooms and two bathrooms are step-free from the entrance. A parking space is included - a real advantage in a town where summer parking is a recurring problem. Dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi are all provided. Dogs are welcome. The terrace and garden offer privacy.

Porthminster Beach is about 0.2 miles from the front door - a Blue Flag sandy beach backed by the Porthminster Beach Cafe, with lifeguard cover in season. The Harbour Beach is around 0.3 miles, and Porthmeor Beach - the main surf beach and home of Tate St Ives on the headland above it - is approximately 0.5 miles. The Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Garden and the Leach Pottery are both within a short walk of the apartment.

Good for: accessible stays in the heart of St Ives, couples or small families wanting beach proximity with parking sorted, and dog owners. Less suited to guests on a tight budget or expecting countryside quiet.
