The Stables St Martin

Looe, the nearest town at two miles away, is a Cornish fishing harbour with a mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores, plus boat trips from fishing charters to glass-bottom jaunts. Polperro, with its narrow streets, is close by, and the South West Coast Path is a mile away for coastal walks. The area's attractions include The Monkey Sanctuary, the Adrenalin Quarry, Go-Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, the Eden Project and several National Trust properties.

On arrival at the property you will encounter the bedrooms first, as the house adopts an inverted design, with the communal living areas located upstairs in order to enjoy good views of the surrounding farmland. There are four bedrooms: two doubles, both with their own TVs and one with en-suite shower room and WC, and two twin rooms - one of them has its own TV. There is also a bathroom close by for convenience with shower over bath and WC. The first floor hosts a light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed wooden ceiling beams. Relax in the comfortable seating and enjoy watching the TV/DVD, listening to the Bluetooth speaker and some fun and relaxation with the collection of books, films and games. While the dining area comfortably seats eight, even more seating can also be found in the kitchen. The kitchen area comprises of an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer.

Step outside and you'll find a patio seating area, as well as a garden shared with the other properties.

Best for larger family groups of up to 8 wanting an inverted layout with living space upstairs to make the most of farmland views. Outdoor space here is shared.
