The Studio

The Studio is a single-storey, one-bedroom cottage for two in Feock, on the bank of the River Fal near Mylor Bridge. It has one bathroom and river views. Changeovers run on Fridays.

A wood-burning stove sits in the open-plan living area, with doors onto a private gravel section and picnic bench within the shared garden. WiFi, parking and a washing machine are included, and dogs are welcome. The cottage sleeps two in one bedroom, with one bathroom.

Mylor Bridge sits at the head of Mylor Creek within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a yacht harbour offering boat hire and paddleboard rental on the Fal estuary. The Pandora Inn, a waterside pub with 13th-century origins at Restronguet Creek, is reachable on foot along the coastal footpath. Falmouth, with its maritime museum and beaches, is under 5 miles south, and Truro, Cornwall's only city, is about 7 miles north-east. St Mawes is 3.4 miles away, Castle Beach 3.8 miles and Gyllyngvase Beach 4.1 miles, all across the water towards Falmouth.

**Best for:** a couple wanting river views, a wood burner and a quiet creekside base near Falmouth. **Less good for:** guests needing a confirmed bed type or step-free access.
