The combination of quiet lanes, the Fal estuary foreshore, and Trelissick National Trust Garden nearby makes it a practical base for walking. The garden is enclosed. Dogs are not accepted. Wifi, parking, and a dishwasher are included in the let.

Castle Beach at Falmouth is 5.2 miles away, and St Mawes village - reachable by ferry from Falmouth - is about 5.2 miles. Trelissick Garden with its woodland walks and estuary views is closer still. Truro city centre, the nearest railway station, is roughly 3.7 miles north. Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth is 5.3 miles away.

Ideal for a couple wanting easy access to the Fal estuary and Falmouth without paying coastal premium prices. Less good for families with young children as there is only one bedroom. Saturday changeover.
