Tolcarne Cottage

Tolcarne Cottage is a three-bedroom period cottage in central Newquay for six guests. One king-size room, one double and one twin with two single beds share two bathrooms, giving a family or group of friends varied bed types at full capacity across three bedrooms.

Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a private garden and a barbecue are included, and one dog can stay. The kitchen is equipped with an electric Range oven and gas hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer. Parking is in nearby public car parks, where weekly tickets can be bought.

Great Western Beach is 200 metres away, Tolcarne Beach 300 metres from the cottage and Towan Beach 600 metres, all within easy walking distance of the seafront. Newquay itself has 11 beaches in total, including Fistral, which hosts international surf competitions, plus restaurants and surf-hire shops around the harbour and town centre.

The lounge and diner keep original decorative fire surrounds and the hallway has period tiles, while the small enclosed courtyard behind has decking and garden furniture.

**Best for:** A family or friends wanting three bedrooms, a private garden, a dishwasher and three beaches within 600 metres of central Newquay.

**Less good for:** Guests needing multiple bathrooms or step-free access.
