Tre Pol Pen St Ives

Tre Pol Pen is a refurbished Victorian house on a quiet street in central St Ives, sleeping eight across four bedrooms: one king-size, one king-size zip-and-link that converts to twins on request, one double and one bunk room. Three bathrooms serve the group, so eight guests are not relying on a single shared facility.

The top-floor king-size bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and sea views from its en-suite - the only bedroom in the house with a confirmed view of the water. Wi-Fi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and a shared courtyard provides outdoor seating for the group. Dogs are not accepted.

The Barbara Hepworth Museum and sculpture garden is under half a mile away, putting St Ives' galleries, shops and restaurants within the central town area on foot. Porthminster Beach, the larger of St Ives' beaches with lifeguard cover in peak season, is 100 metres away. St Ives Harbour Beach is 200 metres away and Porthmeor Beach, popular with surfers, is 500 metres away.

**Best for:** A larger family or mixed group wanting four bedrooms, three bathrooms and central St Ives within walking distance, plus one sea-view bedroom for whoever claims it first.

**Less good for:** Guests needing private rather than shared outside space, or step-free accommodation.
