Tregenna House

Tregenna House stands in the middle of St Ives, with a shop and pub 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.5 miles off. Behind it is an enclosed, private rear garden with decking, astro turf, a barbecue, a pizza oven and furniture, and two well-behaved pets are welcome.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has a breakfast bar for four, a dining table for eight, a corner sofa and a dishwasher. A utility room holds a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the ground-floor bathroom has a bath and double basin. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two doubles, a twin and an adult bunk, each with a smart TV. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail.

From the hallway a door leads to a separate courtyard with a hot outdoor shower, a rack for surfboards and a hanging area for wetsuits. There is WiFi, and gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. Smoking is not allowed.

Parking for two cars is off-road, but it is not at the house, so allow for the walk with luggage. It suits a group or family of eight with up to two pets; it is less good for anyone who needs to park at the front door.
