Dogs are welcome - the enclosed garden works well for keeping them contained, and the surrounding countryside gives good walking from the door.

Tregony sits roughly 8 miles east of Truro, positioned at the head of the Fal Valley between the city and the Roseland coast. The nearest beaches are Porthluney Bay at 4 miles, Carne Beach at 4 miles, and Pendower Beach at 4.5 miles - all within a 10-minute drive through quiet Roseland lanes. St Mawes and the King Harry Ferry crossing are around 6 miles south.

Best for groups of six wanting a well-equipped base with easy Roseland beach access and space for a dog. Less suited to those wanting to walk to the beach or be in the middle of a village - Tregony is a small historic market town and the beaches require a drive.
