Elm Cottage

Elm Cottage is an accessible stone cottage at Vose Farm near Tregony, sleeping four in two bedrooms. The property has level access throughout - inside and out - with a wet room suitable for wheelchair users, making it one of the few genuinely accessible holiday lets on the Roseland side of mid-Cornwall.

The cottage has a king-size double and a bunk room. The wet room includes a shower, bath, basin, and WC. The open-plan living area combines the sitting room and dining space, with a separate kitchen. Controllable underfloor heating keeps the cottage warm across seasons, and WiFi, Smart TV, and a washing machine are included.

Porthluney Bay, a sandy south-coast beach on the Caerhays Estate with the castle as its backdrop, is 3.4 miles south. Pentewan Beach - nearly a mile of golden sand with kayaking and lifeguard cover in summer - lies 3.7 miles away. Free boat and trailer storage is available on site, and the enclosed garden has a sun patio and BBQ area.

Tregony sits on the River Fal, about 8 miles east of Truro. The village has a post office and local shops, while the Roseland coast - Portscatho, Portloe, and Veryan Bay - is roughly 5 miles south. Off-road parking for several cars is included.
