Upper Chy Rosewarne is a second-floor apartment on The Wharf in St Ives, directly above the harbour beach, sleeping four in one double room and one bunk room.

The double bedroom has harbour views, and window seats in the open-plan lounge look across the beach, harbour and bay. The bunk room is accessed through the double bedroom, which reduces privacy between the two sleeping areas - worth knowing before two separate parties book together. A single bathroom serves both rooms. The sofa in the living room folds out into a double bed if needed. Wi-Fi and a dishwasher are included, and dogs aren't accepted.

Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden are a short walk from the front door, anchoring the artists' colony that has drawn painters and sculptors to the town since the 1880s.
