West Park

West Park is a period cottage for eight near Lanreath. Its four bedrooms comprise a super king, a king, a double and a twin, so no room needs to sleep more than two guests. The main compromise is two bathrooms shared across the whole group, worth factoring in for a full-capacity stay.

The property sits within 15 acres of countryside and has a private garden, a hot tub and a play park for children. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included. The kitchen has an island with bar stools, an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge, and the dining area seats eight. The utility room has a tumble dryer, wine fridge and freezer, and there is a separate boot room. Parking is private and off-road, for four cars. Up to two dogs can stay.

Lansallos Beach is 5.0 miles away, Talland Bay is 5.2 miles from the cottage and Lekerock Cove is 5.5 miles away, making a car the practical choice for beach days. Lanreath itself is the nearest town, and Deer Park Forest and Polperro both sit within a short drive.

**Best for:** families or friends wanting four distinct bedrooms, a hot tub, play park and a wide countryside setting to spread out in.

**Less good for:** eight guests who need more than two bathrooms, anyone wanting a beach within walking distance, or guests requiring step-free access.
