West Pier Flats

West Pier Flats is a second-floor apartment for four above a harbourside restaurant in St Ives. The entrance is reached by 36 internal steps, so it suits guests who can manage stairs without a lift. One double bedroom and one twin share a single bathroom, and the living area looks out over St Ives Harbour rather than the open sea.

WiFi, parking and a washing machine are included, a genuine advantage in a town where street parking is limited and often paid. There's no lift, and dogs aren't accepted. The flat sits above a working restaurant, so some cooking noise in the evenings is worth expecting.

St Ives Harbour Beach sits directly below the building, so guests can be on the sand within a couple of minutes of stepping outside. Porthminster Beach is around 200 metres away and Porthmeor Beach about 300 metres, putting all three of the town's main beaches within easy walking reach.
