Westcott House The Warren 4 is an upside-down, loft-style house in St Ives for four guests. One king size bedroom and one twin are paired with two bathrooms, so no one needs to queue in the morning. The reversed layout puts the living space upstairs, designed around the harbour and sea views rather than a ground-floor lounge.

WiFi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a garden and an enclosed rear patio are included, covering the practical side of a self-catering stay. Both bathrooms are shower rooms with walk-in showers and WCs, and both bedrooms have harbour views. A utility cupboard in the hallway holds the washing machine and dryer, and the loft-style lounge and dining area is on the first floor. One dog can stay.
