Inside, the property spreads across three floors with WiFi, parking, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. One bathroom serves all six guests, so this works best for groups comfortable with sharing. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Mevagissey's car-free centre is immediately outside: fish shops, traditional pubs including the Ship Inn and Crown Inn, the village aquarium, and tea rooms on the quay. Pentewan Beach - almost a mile of lifeguarded sand - is 1.3 miles south. Gorran Haven Beach adds a sheltered cove option 2.1 miles further along the coast. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about 3 miles inland, reachable in under 10 minutes by car. The Mevagissey Ferry to Fowey runs through summer for an easy estuary day trip.

**Best for:** Groups of 6 wanting a village-centre base with the working harbour on the doorstep and south-coast beaches within easy reach. **Less good for:** Those needing more than 1 bathroom.
