Wisteria

Wisteria is a three-bedroom mid-terrace house on Crosspark Terrace in Mevagissey, sleeping six across two bathrooms. The property has a games room and a multi-level enclosed garden reached from the rear - an arrangement that gives outdoor space without opening onto the street. Off-road parking is included.

Mevagissey fishing harbour is within walking distance downhill - a working port with fishing boats landing daily, a small aquarium, and several cafes built into the harbour walls. The village runs a fish market on most mornings during the season. Pentewan Beach is 1.1 miles north, a flat sand strip with a campsite at one end and a kayak hire company operating from the estuary channel. Gorran Haven is 2.3 miles south, a compact sand and shingle cove with a pub and a post office at the top of the beach. Hemmick Beach is 3.2 miles, reached by a steep lane and footpath with no facilities.

WiFi, parking, and a washing machine are provided. No pets. Saturday changeover.

This property suits a family or group of six wanting a village base with outdoor space and a games room for wet-weather days. Less suited to guests wanting a quieter, more rural setting - Crosspark Terrace is a residential street close to the centre.
