1 Bethany Court

An enclosed courtyard at the back gives 1 Bethany Court a private outdoor spot with a bench, in the middle of Bodmin. It is on the ground floor and sleeps two, in a single double bedroom with wardrobe space.

Patio doors in the dining area give a view of the outside, and the open-plan living space also holds the kitchen and a large sofa. Black-out blinds are fitted in the living area. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, an air-fryer and a kettle, and there is a TV. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. Gas central heating is fitted, and electricity, gas, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

There is off-road parking for 1 car. The shop is 0.2 miles from the door and the pub 0.4 miles. Babes in arms are welcome, but no cot or highchair is provided. Pets are not allowed and the apartment is non-smoking. Beyond the town, Bodmin Moor and Lanhydrock House are the named places to head for, and the Camel Trail passes through Bodmin on its way to Padstow, 16 miles away. The Eden Project is 11 miles from town.

It suits a couple or a solo traveller, and is less good for families with young children, as neither a cot nor a highchair is provided.
