Trevenning Chapel

Trevenning Chapel is a 1-bedroom converted chapel at Trevenning Farm near St Tudy, sleeping 2 with 1 bathroom. Steps lead up from the kitchen and dining area to the sitting area, and further steps lead to the mezzanine bedroom, so it does not suit guests who need step-free access. There is a courtyard with a shared lawned garden, Wi-Fi, parking, and a washing machine. One pet is accepted at the owner's discretion. The owner's note says no children over 2. The chapel sleeps two in one bedroom and has one bathroom.

The farm sits in a quiet inland position roughly halfway between Bodmin Moor and the north Cornwall coast. Port Gaverne - a sheltered cove with a pub - is 5 miles. Tregardock Beach, one of the wilder and less-visited stretches on the north coast, is 4.5 miles. Bossiney Cove is about 7.1 miles. Wadebridge, the nearest town with supermarkets and shops, is under 9.3 miles, and it connects to the Camel Trail cycling route.

The chapel conversion gives the property a distinct character - high ceilings and original stone walls are typical of this type of building.

This is best for couples who want somewhere genuinely quiet, with farmland on the doorstep and day trips to the north coast or Bodmin Moor within easy reach. Not great for anyone who wants to walk to a pub in the evening - this is a rural farm setting and a car is essential. Changeover is Friday.
