12 Tintagel Terrace is a four-bedroom house in Port Isaac with sea views and a beach 0.4 miles away. It sleeps eight. Two of the bedrooms are king-size, each with its own en-suite walk-in shower, and the two twins share the family bathroom, which has a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower. With the ground-floor wet room, that makes four bathrooms in all.

The ground floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, a separate sitting room and a utility room. The kitchen has a double oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are two Smart TVs and WiFi, there is central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

At the back, an enclosed garden has a patio with furniture and a gas outdoor BBQ. Off-road parking takes three cars, and there is an EV charger. The village shop is 0.2 miles away and the nearest pub 0.3 miles.

Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 9:30am. The house is ideal for two families or a group of friends who each want their own bathroom, and best for a party that will use the en-suite king rooms; it is less good for dog owners.
