15 Horizon View

Two dogs are welcome at 15 Horizon View, and the wrap-around lawn gives them space to roam. It is a detached, timber-clad home in Dobwalls, on a holiday park, sleeping four. The private decked terrace has patio furniture and a hot tub, and views extend across the surrounding countryside.

Three sets of French doors open from the living space to the garden. That room combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and the kitchen has an electric oven, an LPG gas hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The double bedroom has a TV and an en-suite shower room, and the twin room has zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a double on request. A bathroom with a bath and a shower over it completes the layout. Freeview TV, a DVD player and WiFi are provided, and the rent includes electricity, LPG gas, bed linen and towels.

Dogs must be on a lead at all times, and the decking is not dog-safe, so they need to be accompanied there. Off-road parking takes two cars, with more parking nearby if needed, but charging an electric vehicle is not permitted. A lake on the site means children must be supervised at all times, and barbecues cannot be brought. The shop and pub are both 0.5 miles away. A travel cot (no mattress) and a highchair can be hired.

Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. The home is non-smoking. It suits two couples or a family with up to two dogs who want a garden and a hot tub.
