2 Meadow Retreat

Two people get a spa area to themselves at 2 Meadow Retreat, a single-storey lodge near Dobwalls with a Jacuzzi bath and a sauna. The lodge also has a cinema room, and the open-plan living area has a TV and a Bluetooth music system. The lodge sleeps two.

The one bedroom has a super-king-size bed. The shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC, and the Jacuzzi bath and sauna sit in the separate spa area. In the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area there is an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi and Freeview TV are included, and so are bed linen, towels, electricity and gas. Outside is a private decked terrace with patio furniture.

There is off-road parking for one car, and an EV charging point is available at an extra cost. There are steps to access the lodge. There is a lake on the site, so children must be supervised at all times, and barbecues cannot be brought to the site. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles. A travel cot (no mattress) and a highchair can be hired. Pets are not allowed and the lodge is non-smoking.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. It is ideal for a couple wanting a private spa break, and less good for anyone who finds steps difficult or who needs more than one bedroom.
