39 Manorcombe Bungalows is a single-storey cottage in Honicombe Holiday Village, in the hamlet of St Ann's Chapel near Gunnislake. Drakewalls is 1.5 miles away. It sleeps six, all on the ground floor.

The bedrooms are two doubles and a twin, and the twin's zip-and-link beds can be made up as a king on request; bed sizes are not standard. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over it, a basin, a heated towel rail and a separate WC. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining and sitting space, with electric heating, an air fryer and a washing machine.

Off-road parking for two cars is offered subject to availability, and the front garden is lawned and has furniture. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Confirm the pet policy when booking. There is a shop and pub on site, and the mini convenience store is open 9am to 5pm daily. Passes for the park's own facilities are not included with the cottage.

The cottage only accepts children over 16, and it cannot take workers' bookings. No smoking. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent.

It suits a group of adults or older teenagers sharing three bedrooms; it is less good for families with younger children, because of the age limit.
