4 Manorcombe

Number 4 Manorcombe is a mid-terrace bungalow in a block of three, on Honicombe Manor Holiday Village in the Tamar Valley, between Callington and Gunnislake. The village of Gunnislake is 2 miles away. It sleeps six, and everything is on the ground floor.

There are three bedrooms: a double and two twins. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, and the WC and basin are separate. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and there is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player, along with a selection of books, games and DVDs. Heating is electric central heating, and bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included.

A patio with furniture is outside, and parking is available. There is no WiFi in the bungalow; it is available in the site's leisure areas only. Use of the on-site swimming pool and gym is not included in the rental, and facilities on the site have seasonal opening times. The tennis courts, bar and restaurant are on site.

No pets are allowed, smoking is not allowed, and worker or business bookings are not accepted. The bungalow suits families or friends sharing three bedrooms without stairs, and is less good for anyone who needs WiFi throughout the bungalow or wants the leisure facilities included.
