4 Faraway Fields is a single-storey lodge with a rooftop terrace and, on the private decking, a sunken hot tub. It sits at Dobwalls on a holiday site, high on a hilltop, with Looe, Polperro and Fowey to the south. The lodge sleeps two.
There is one king-size bedroom with a TV. The bathroom holds a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi bath, a basin and a separate WC, and two bathrobes are provided. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, washer/dryer and dishwasher. A TV and WiFi are supplied, and the central heating is gas-fired. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power come with the rent, and a travel cot without a mattress and a highchair can be hired.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and must stay on a lead at all times on the site. The decking is not safe for dogs, so owners should stay with them outside. Parking is off-road for 1 car, with an EV charging point at an extra cost. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles. Barbecues may not be brought to the site, check-in is 4pm and check-out 10am, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed.
It suits a couple with one or two dogs who will stay with them on the deck, and is ideal for anyone wanting a terrace and a hot tub to themselves.
