A two-bedroom terraced cottage within the Atlantic Reach resort near Black Cross, about 4.8 miles from Watergate Bay. The property accommodates four guests and welcomes up to two dogs, making it a practical base for exploring Newquay's north coast beaches.

Inside, a double bedroom and a twin share one shower room with shower, basin and WC. The open-plan ground floor combines kitchen, dining area and sitting room. Equipment includes electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.

Outside, a front patio with furniture provides an outdoor seating area. Off-road parking is available for one car (free permit collected from reception on site). The resort includes a seasonal bar, though on-site leisure facilities are not included with the booking.

Atlantic Reach sits in central Cornwall between the north and south coasts. Watergate Bay, with its 2-mile stretch of sand and reliable surf, is 4.8 miles away. Whipsiderry Beach - a quieter cliff-backed cove with rock pools and year-round dog access - is 4.9 miles. Newquay town centre, with its 11 beaches and range of restaurants, is about 5 miles east.
