64 Waterside

A ground-floor lodge on a leisure complex near Lanivet, 3 miles southwest of Bodmin, 64 Waterside comes with a private hot tub and access to a heated swimming pool, two tennis courts, and a cross-country cycle track. The complex includes a clubhouse with a small shop.

Three bedrooms are arranged on one level. The king-size has an en-suite with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower, WC, and basin. One twin has an en-suite shower room; the second twin shares the main bathroom, which has a bath, shower over, WC, and basin. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Two Smart TVs and WiFi serve the living space. A cot and highchair are available on request.

A patio with a picnic bench sits at the front of the lodge, and parking fits two to three cars. Bed linen, towels, and all utilities are included.

Lanivet's central position puts both coasts within easy reach. Carlyon Bay - a wide sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed - is 7 miles to the south. Charlestown Beach, beside its Georgian harbour and tall ships, is 7.3 miles away. The Eden Project is roughly 5 miles southeast, and the Camel Trail cycling route can be joined at Bodmin or Wadebridge.

Best for groups of up to 6 wanting a private hot tub, pool access and on-site tennis, with a cot and highchair available for babies. Less suited to a beach-first stay, since Carlyon Bay is 7 miles away, and not an option for dog owners, as the lodge is not dog friendly.
