7 Faraway Fields

With three bedrooms on a single storey, 7 Faraway Fields sleeps six, in Dobwalls. The king-size bedroom has a TV, a dressing room and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The other two bedrooms are twins, and the family bathroom has a bath, shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one open-plan space, and the sitting area has an electric fire. Appliances are an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, with a Freeview TV and WiFi, electric central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels included.

Private decking has furniture and a hot tub. The lodge takes one well-behaved dog, which must be kept on a lead at all times on site. Only one vehicle is permitted per stay, and its registration must be given to the local office; parking is off-road for one car, and an EV charging point is available at an extra cost. There are steps to access the property, and a travel cot (no mattress) and highchair can be hired.

The lodge accommodates a maximum of six. A lake on site means children need to be supervised at all times, barbecues cannot be brought to the site, smoking is not allowed, and Sunday arrivals are not permitted. Check-in is 4pm and check-out 10am. It suits a family or group of up to six with one dog; it is less good for households arriving in two cars or with two dogs. Shop and pub are 0.4 and 0.5 miles away.
