Towan Beach is 500 metres on foot, the closest of Newquay's main beaches. Fistral - the main surf beach - is around 900 metres west. Great Western and Tolcarne beaches are between the two, and the Barrowfields headland gives views along the whole stretch of coastline. Newquay town centre with its cafes and restaurants is within easy walking distance.

Suits couples or a small family who want a Newquay base with a hot tub, accessibility, and a quiet garden. Works well for guests who want beach access without sacrificing evening comforts. Not great for dogs or large groups. Changeover is Friday.
