Aquamarine

Aquamarine is on the second floor of the Carbis Beach Apartments, directly above the beach in Carbis Bay. The lounge and the master bedroom both open onto a glass-fronted balcony, furnished with a patio table and four chairs, with views over the beach from Porthminster Point to Godrevy Lighthouse. Because it is on the second floor, children should always be accompanied. The balcony sits directly above the communal garden, and a path from the garden leads to the beach through a private gate.

The apartment sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom is a king with an en-suite shower and French doors, and the second bedroom is a twin at the rear. The family bathroom has a bath and shower. The open-plan living area seats four at the dining table and has two sofas, a Smart TV with a Sonos Playbar and a multi-room Sonos system. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. A cot and highchair are provided, and guests bring their own cot bedding.

There is one allocated parking space within security gates. No pets are allowed and the apartment is no smoking. Gas central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and shops, beaches and pubs are all within a short walk.

Aquamarine suits a couple or a small family and is best for guests who want to eat outside on the balcony; it is less good for dog owners, as pets are not accepted.
