Bodmin Moor is accessible to the south-west for walking and cycling routes.

**Best for:** groups of 6-8 wanting a hot-tub retreat in east Cornwall; EV drivers heading to north coast beaches; families using Launceston as a central hub.

**Less good for:** guests wanting a seaside location; those needing beach access under 5 miles; dogs not accepted.
