Spring Park Farmhouse is a four-bedroom property at Spring Park in Rezare, a rural hamlet near Launceston, sleeping 7 with 3 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are king-size with en-suite shower rooms; the other two doubles share a family bathroom. The layout includes accessible ground-floor facilities - a practical detail for groups with mixed mobility requirements. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting area is at the centre of the house. A hot tub sits in the garden for year-round use, and the outdoor space is large enough for children to run around.

Launceston is around 6 miles west - the only walled town in Cornwall, with a Norman castle overlooking the Tamar valley and an independent town centre with a weekly market. The castle is managed by English Heritage and gives views into Devon. Dartmoor National Park is 15 miles north, accessible via the A30 for moorland walking and cycling.

The south coast beaches are the nearest accessible sandy options. Downderry Beach is 15.2 miles south, Plaidy Beach 16 miles, and Whitsand Bay 16.4 miles. Whitsand Bay is a long stretch of south-facing sand with four miles of beach, relatively uncrowded outside peak season. The drive takes around 35 minutes from Rezare.

Bude, with surfing beaches facing the Atlantic, is 25 miles north - in the opposite direction but accessible on the A3072.
