Holywell Bay village is 3 miles south-west of Newquay, known for the twin sea stacks - Gull Rocks - that rise offshore. The dune system behind the beach runs 5 miles from Perranporth to Crantock and is one of the largest in Cornwall. Note that steps lead up to the property entrance, which may not suit those with limited mobility.
