Holywell Bay View

Holywell Bay View is a detached house in Holywell Bay on the north Cornish coast, half a mile from the beach and five minutes on foot from the village pub. Everything is on the ground floor. There is a sitting room with an electric fire and a kitchen and dining room, and distant sea views can be had from the elevated garden.

Of the three bedrooms, the king-size has an en-suite WC and basin, the super king-size can be split into twins on request, and the third is a twin. All have TVs. The house also has a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a separate shower room. It sleeps six, and the owner does not allow occupancy over six, infants included. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included, and a cot and highchair are available on request.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio, a barbecue and furniture. Off-road parking is for three cars. Kitchen equipment includes an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there are three Smart TVs, a Blu-ray player and WiFi. The pub is 0.3 miles away and the shop 1.5 miles.

Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the owner asks to be told before you arrive with them. Smoking is not allowed, and hen and stag groups are not accepted. Bookings run Saturday to Saturday, for seven nights. With three bedrooms and dogs welcome, it suits a family or friends with pets; it is less good for a party of seven or more.
