Beachcomber is a 4-bedroom property overlooking the dunes at Holywell Bay on Cornwall's north coast, 3 miles south-west of Newquay. Set over two floors with sea views from three of the bedrooms and the main living area, it accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.

The interior follows an open-plan layout with a large living and dining area connected to a well-equipped kitchen. A wood burner and open fire provide warmth on cooler evenings. Glass doors open onto a balcony facing the dunes and the Atlantic beyond - a vantage point that takes in the distinctive twin sea stacks of Gull Rocks offshore. The property has WiFi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

The garden is enclosed and dog-friendly, with a barbecue for outdoor cooking. Off-road parking is available on site. Dogs are welcome both at the property and on Holywell Bay beach year-round.

Holywell Bay beach is 0.5 km away - over a mile of dune-backed sand used as a filming location for the BBC's Poldark series. Porth Joke (Polly Joke) Beach, a car-free cove accessible only on foot, lies 1.5 km to the south. The South West Coast Path runs along the headland, and 2 thatched pubs - the 13th-century Treguth Inn and the Smuggler's Den Inn - are within walking distance.
