Bethany Bay View is a three-bedroom bungalow set on Rhubarb Hill in Holywell Bay, sleeping six across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bungalow suits families who want a quieter north coast beach without the traffic of Newquay or Perranporth. The sand at Holywell Bay is 700 metres away on foot - a manageable walk for families carrying beach kit.

The single-storey layout makes navigation straightforward. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, the garden has a BBQ for evening use, and there is off-road parking. Wifi is included. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at £20 per pet per week.

Porth Joke (Polly Joke) beach is 1 mile further along the coast path - a broad sandy cove without a car park, so it stays quieter through peak weeks in July and August. Vugga Cove is 1.4 miles away. Crantock village is roughly 2 miles south, with Perranporth 4 miles north. The Holywell Bay Fun Park, a small outdoor activity centre, is a short drive - practical cover when the weather turns.

Best for families of six wanting a beach base within a 700-metre walk of the sand. Less good for those hoping to avoid road crossings on the walk down to the shore.
