Ocean View Holywell Bay

Ocean View is a four-bedroom house for eight in Holywell Bay, 600 metres from the beach on foot. A super-king zip-link room can convert to twins on request, alongside a king-size, a double and a further twin, with two bathrooms serving the four bedrooms. The super-king and king rooms sit on the ground floor beside the family bathroom, which has a walk-in shower, while the twin and the double, which has an en-suite bathroom, are upstairs.

Sea and beach views run through the house, including sunsets over Kelsey Head and Gull Rock offshore. The fully enclosed, coastal-facing garden has a BBQ area for evenings outside. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to two dogs can stay.

Holywell Bay itself is a National Trust beach that stretches almost a mile at low tide between Kelsey Head and Penhale Point. Porth Joke is 1 mile from the house and Vugga Cove 1.4 miles. The coast path crosses Kelsey Head from the beach, and two thatched pubs, the Treguth Inn and the Smuggler's Den, sit a short walk away.

**Best for:** eight guests wanting flexible beds, sea views, an enclosed garden and Holywell Bay within easy walking distance.

**Less good for:** guests needing more than two bathrooms or step-free access.
