Ocean View is a four-bedroom house for eight in Holywell Bay, 600 metres from the beach on foot. A super-king zip-link room can convert to twins on request, alongside a king-size, a double and a further twin, with two bathrooms serving the four bedrooms.

Sea and beach views run through the house, including sunsets over Kelsey Head and Gull Rock offshore. The fully enclosed, coastal-facing garden has a BBQ area for evenings outside. WiFi, parking, a dishwasher and washing machine are included, and up to two dogs can stay. Host Amanda manages the booking. There is no hot tub, pool or EV charging point.

Holywell Bay itself is a National Trust beach that stretches almost a mile at low tide between Kelsey Head and Penhale Point. Porth Joke is 1 mile from the house and Vugga Cove 1.4 miles. The coast path crosses Kelsey Head from the beach, and two thatched pubs, the Treguth Inn and the Smuggler's Den, sit a short walk away.
