Sea Blue

Sea Blue is a single-storey bungalow in Holywell Bay, and the enclosed garden is where it stands out. There is a patio with furniture, a lawned area reached by steps, and an outdoor hot and cold shower for rinsing off after the beach. Space is set aside for water sports equipment. The pub is 0.2 miles away and the shop 0.5 miles. Newquay is 5 miles away and Cubert 1 mile.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a double, a king-size double, and a king-size/zip-link twin that has a TV. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower room with a walk-in shower. The open-plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and Smart TV. The woodburning stove is available only over Christmas and New Year, when a starter pack is included. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are covered.

Off-road parking is for two cars, and a highchair is available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome but not on soft furnishings. No smoking or vaping.

Bookings run Sunday to Sunday only and the property cannot take arrivals on Fridays or Saturdays; Christmas and New Year need at least five nights. Maximum occupancy is six including infants, and stag, hen and similar parties are not accepted.

As a single-storey bungalow it suits families or three couples sharing; it is less good for a group wanting a flexible changeover day.
