Badger Set @ Penbugle Organic Farm

Badger Set is a 1-bedroom cottage within Penbugle Organic Farm, a working farm near Duloe in the Looe Valley. The cottage sleeps 2 and comes with a king-size bed, an external shower room, and a garden. The setting is rural - fields and farmland surround the property, with the nearest shops in Liskeard about 3.1 miles to the north. Wi-Fi and off-road parking are included.

Duloe itself has a stone circle on its outskirts - smaller than Bodmin Moor's circles but rarely visited and free to access. The Looe Valley line runs from Liskeard down to Looe, tracing the river through woodland, and makes a useful day trip without driving. East Looe Beach is 4.7 miles away, with Plaidy Beach 4.5 miles. The harbour, fish market, and quayside restaurants in Looe are all within the same distance.

Pets are welcome - the farm setting suits guests travelling with dogs, and the cottage accepts up to 3 pets. No washing machine on-site, and no dishwasher, so best suited to short breaks or guests who travel light. Friday changeover. The farm location means quiet evenings and dark skies, which is a draw in itself along this stretch of the south coast.

Suits couples or solo travellers wanting a farm stay close to the south Cornwall coast. Not great for anyone relying on public transport or needing laundry facilities on-site.
