The bed converts to two singles, making it flexible for friends travelling together. The shower room is in a separate external building a few steps away - a practical arrangement for a working farm conversion, though worth noting for guests who need everything under one roof. An outdoor fire pit with seating is the focal point outside, alongside a garden area for dogs to run.

The farm itself has been certified organic for over a decade and supplies eggs to food stores across Cornwall. It is working farmland, so guests can expect to hear and see the rhythms of the estate throughout their stay. Wifi and off-road parking are included. There is no dishwasher or washing machine, which is typical for this type of rural short-let.

Plaidy Beach near Looe is 7.2km away, East Looe Beach 7.5km, and Hannafore Beach 8.2km. Looe itself has independent restaurants, a fish market, and a small estuary wildlife reserve. The Cornish coast path passes within a few kilometres.

Best for couples or pairs of friends who want a rural base with genuine countryside feel and easy beach access. Not great for those who want hotel-level amenities or a fully contained unit. Friday changeover.
