The conversion retains agricultural bones while providing the basics: WiFi, a garden, and parking. Dogs are welcome, which fits the farm setting.

This is a genuinely rural base. Duloe village is the nearest settlement, and the surrounding landscape is Looe Valley farmland and woodland rather than coastal terrain. Plaidy Beach is 7.2km east - a quieter beach south of Looe, with less footfall than the main Looe beaches. East Looe Beach is 7.5km, and Hannafore is 8.2km. Looe town, with its fish market and coastal rail line, is reachable in around 15 minutes by car.

The property is classed as glamping rather than a standard cottage, so expectations around fixtures should reflect that. There is no dishwasher or washing machine, and no hot tub or BBQ. Changeover is Friday.
