This makes the Looe coast reachable without a car for a day out.

The farm setting means the cottage is surrounded by fields and farm buildings rather than a village street. St Keyne is the nearest parish, with a pub a short drive away. The Dobwalls Adventure Park is roughly 3km northwest, which adds some appeal for families with children.
